With an almost unlimited response capacity, Fundilusa manufactures other bronze parts (caps, covers and other non-marine components) of up to nine tons.

What kind of components does Fundilusa cast?
Caps, covers and other bronze parts up to 9 tons. The company reproduces any technical drawing presented by the customer, with no practical size limit below nine tons in bronze alloys.
Does Fundilusa cast non-marine parts?
Yes. Although the core business is marine propulsion, the same foundry and machine shop produce non-marine bronze components to customer drawings.
Do I need to supply a drawing?
Yes. Components are made to the customer's technical drawing. Fundilusa's engineering department then develops the patterns, casting simulation and CNC programmes needed to produce it.
What is the largest bronze component that can be produced?
Up to 9 tons. Larger one-piece castings are possible within the propeller range, where monobloc propellers reach 15 tons.
Are components machined as well as cast?
Yes. Fundilusa is a foundry and a machine shop: parts are cast in-house and then CNC machined, so most are delivered ready for assembly.
